Order Processing and Confirmation:

Builddo priorities fast delivery! We confirm and dispatch orders within 20 minutes of your order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be delivered within 60, 90 or 120 minutes to serviceable pincodes in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
We offer delivery to all serviceable pincodes in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. . You can check your serviceability and delivery time during checkout or on our homepage.
Delivery Charges

We offer a simple, tiered shipping structure for your convenience. The fee is determined by your total order value as follows:

Orders up to ₹5,000: A flat fee of ₹199
Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000: A flat fee of ₹149
Orders over ₹10,000: Complimentary Free Shipping

However, incase of ply, wood, gypsum boards / channels, or any heavier items which cannot be dispatched through bike parcels shall be charged accordingly.

Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on all days.
Tracking Your Order

If you’re using the Builddo website/ application, you will be able to track your order in real-time through the app itself.
If you’re ordering via website, you will receive a live tracking link via WhatsApp message, allowing you to track your order in real-time.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
We will attempt to contact you for address verification before re-attempting delivery.
